About This Blog

This blog is dedicated to sharing knowledge about fast food, from its nutritional components to its effects on the body.  By making this blog, I hope to both further my knowledge of fast food as well as the reader’s knowledge.  As a college student, fast food is a viable option because it is cheap and quickly prepared.  Not too mention the fact that the stuff tastes great and has an addicting quality.  I’m going to write posts that will hopefully deter myself and others from consuming such quick eats.  As an aspiring nutrition professional, I feel it is important to practice what I preach.
